F.F Real Estate Builder & Developers

A property firm in Karachi had no way to be found online and no way to be contacted from a search result. Built as a pitch to solve both: find a property, start a WhatsApp conversation.

  • An embedded Sanity Studio at /studio for a non-technical owner to publish properties and photos — no code, no second login system.
  • Per-page metadata, Open Graph and JSON-LD structured data for the business and every listing.
  • Server-rendered and mobile-first, with a sticky call and WhatsApp bar on phones.

Finds small businesses whose online presence is broken or missing, verifies that it really is broken, ranks them by need, and produces a call list with a specific, true observation about each one.

Real runs, not examples. Karachi returns a single qualified lead because there a missing website almost always means not-yet-mapped rather than no-website — so absence is never treated as a fact unless something corroborates it.

  • Discovery geocodes a market, covers it in a grid, and works tiles centre-outwards — so a run can be stopped and resumed, and dense tiles split into four and retry.
  • Deduplication tries five signals strongest-first: provider ID, phone, registrable domain, name within 120m, then name and city. Merging only fills blanks and never overwrites known data.
  • Every claimed website is fetched and graded into one of nine outcomes, from none_claimed through parked and thin to ok.
  • Negative findings are re-checked in isolation before they are trusted. A saturated DNS resolver produces the same signature as a dead domain, and that bug once put seven working practices at the top of a call list.
  • Runs itself every morning on GitHub Actions and syncs to Google Sheets without touching human-edited columns.

Private repository — this one runs my own outreach, so the code stays closed. Happy to walk through the architecture and the source on a call.
